Nicholas Massimiliano was born in the city of Torino, Italy, known for its refined architecture and cuisine. In 1992, his parents made the bold decision to move to Canada, drawn by its diverse culture and breathtaking landscapes. At a young age he was captivated by the beauty of his surroundings and found solace in always expressing himself through art. Inspired by the works of Italian Renaissance masters like Michelangelo and Leonardo da Vinci, Nick knew he wanted to pursue a career in the arts.
Growing up in Canada, Nick immersed himself in the local art community and the study of fine arts. He was enrolled in advanced, traditional oil painting classes at a younger age while also attending exhibitions, connecting with fellow artists, and soaking up the vibrant energy of Vancouver. Inspired by the multiculturalism of his new home, his artistic style began to evolve, blending traditional Italian influences with contemporary Canadian elements.
